TD Real Properties is a start-up real estate brokerage located in BGC, Taguig City. We specialized in title transfer and investigation, property management, and land surveying.
Our goal is to educate and empower clients who want to begin or grow their real estate investment opportunities.
TD Real Properties was established in 2022 by Teddy Dalope, a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a three-time PRC Board TopNotcher.
Teddy spent 3 years as a metallurgical engineer in the Philippines and 10 years as an engineer in Australia and America before becoming a real estate broker.
His interest in real estate first sparked when he began investing in pre-selling houses in 2007. He then decided to pursue a career in real estate once he was able to rent and sell his own houses.
Teddy has always made an effort to give his all to everything he does. Whether it's his clients' first investment or one of many, his habits of diligence, commitment, and quality will help clients find their ideal property.
His real estate education and training, exposure to other cultures, and personal experience have given him the flexibility to meet the demands of his diverse customers.

RJ is purely a Manileño. He began his career in retail, where he escalated from supervisor to manager in just three years. Undoubtedly, his innate ability for a people-centric approach paved the way at the beginning of his professional year.
Perhaps fate led him to venture into real estate to the heart of the business. RJ is self-taught. He acquired knowledge on his own and eventually mastered the trade. RJ believes that to learn truly; one must do.
There will always be challenges in the real estate business, especially as a beginner; you will even lose your breath running after clients to show the properties. Yet, through such encounters, RJ has discovered his strength to overcome such walls. For him, the real meaning of the industry is the art of persuasion itself. He believes that sealing the deal is a legacy he has to splurge.
RJ has found that technological know-how is needed to stay competitive. The industry is unique because it combines sophistication and creativity. Each real estate deal is different, and it requires your personal touch. RJ researches new ideas and inspiration because he wants everyone, especially the clients, to rediscover the beauty of property investment.
Despite challenges and obstacles, RJ’s outlook on life remains optimistic. He is a man who seizes each day and seals it without regret. He wants to embark on the trade to the fullest. As RJ boards the tracks of the industry, he is ready to take on new challenges. He envisions himself doing appraisal and brokerage hand in hand with business developments. He is now diversifying his persuasive flare and is ready to take the next steps.
No hindrance can sever his undying and now newfound love for realty and property dealing. “Life is too short. We need to live the most out of it and do more on our passion, that is my belief, and that is what keeps me forward,” RJ states in finality.
