Ezekiel is a licensed geodetic engineer with extensive experience in land surveying, particularly property surveying. He works in tandem with another experienced geodetic engineer, handling relocation surveys, subdivision surveys, and as built-in surveys. In 2018, Ezekiel graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering. After passing the geodetic engineering licensure exam, he worked as a Survey Inspector for the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Project, particularly Section 5 of NLEX-Balintawak road. Then, as a Jr. Geodetic Engineer for the Aseana City Land Development project, following that. Then, in March 2021, he worked as a Geodetic Engineer under the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project, where he learned to relocate and validate the existing Collective Certificate of Land Ownership (CCLOA). Finally, after four years of working for different companies, Ezekiel decided to start his own business as a private surveyor focused on Metro Manila and nearby provinces. For Ezekiel, every project is a top priority. His primary goals are ensuring accuracy and quality of work regardless of the size of the project.
