Binmaley is a town in Pangasinan eight kilometers southwest of Dagupan City. Its name was derived from "nanmaliw ya baley," a Pangasinan word that means a territory converted into a town. It was believed that the municipality was formerly a part of the town of Binalatongan, now known as San Carlos City. 

This 4-hectare property is currently used as "pokok," a fishpond in the Pangasinan dialect. The town is famous for its bangus (milkfish) aquaculture. The property is along the Binmaley-Dagupan National Highway. The area is fast developing, with few gas stations, restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. The famous Sigay Fiestahan Buffet of the North is just 300 meters away, and the public market is 1.3 kilometers away. Therefore, this property is suited for commercial development.
