Binmaley is a first-class municipality located along the western coastland of Pangasinan facing the Lingayen Gulf, between Lingayen and Dagupan City. The property has a total area of 25,682 square meters, currently used as a fishpond located in Buenlag, a barangay in the municipality of Binmaley, in the province of Pangasinan. It has direct access to Binmaley Beach, the beach where amphibious forces of U.S. General Douglas MacArthur landed alongside the shores of Lingayen, Dagupan, and San Fabian in their landing operations to liberate Luzon from Japanese occupation during World War II. 

The area is developing as a tourist bay walk attraction. It is centrally located along the arc-shaped coast and has a magnificent background of the Lingayen Gulf and mountain ranges. The area is rapidly developing, with beach resorts just in front of the property, such as The Yellow Beach Villas, Lunas Place Beach Resort, Lisaeth Resort, and Bali Bali Beach Bar. In addition, it is only 1.5 km away from Pangasinan State University, TESDA Pangasinan Institute of Technology, and Binmaley School of Fisheries.
